  Placeringen av första rummet mot en brandtrappa var icke behagande. Men det var inga problem att få ett annat rum med bra läge. Lungt trots centralt läge. - Ett superbra hotell med kanon personal. Vi fick ett jättefint rum med tom tv i badrummet. Kändes lyxigt!

  Everything was great! The service was fine, as well as the hotel staff. Room was tidy and clean, with good acoustic isolation (no noise from the outside). The location was fantastic; close to Tower Hill tube station and walking distance from Tower of London and Tower Bridge. - The staff was really nice, I liked the fact that different people with p... vad folk säger » robably different nationalities were very well harmonised in the staff, reflecting the nowadays physionomy of the city itself. Everyone was extremely polite and kind. I felt really comfortable.

  Inget - the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. they even provided me with a laptop to connect to internet as i paid to access the club Lounge area and i was told that there will be a computer that i could use, but in fact there was no computer available.
