  The proprietors of the white house were very friendly and welcoming. The house is very close to MK business park so ideal for me but is also in the middle of the countryside. It has charming gardens that is ideal for sitting in and taking coffee and cake that is on offer to guests and reading a book. Will definitely use this again and can recommend without any reservation. - The hosts were outstanding - nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable; the welcoming tea & cake and cooked breakfast were delicious. We hope to stay there again as the standard was very high & outstanding value for money. We both recommend The White House without reservation.

  I loved staying here the hosts are really friendly and go out of their way to help you make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I have stayed here on several occasions due to work but I would also love to stay here and enjoy the amenities for leisure purposes too! The rooms are amazing, better than any of the local hotels (I've stayed at Hilton ... vad folk säger » etc..) and the home cooked cookies, breakfast etc are delicious!!!! I would defo recommend and would stay there as often as I can :) - The owners were very welcoming and there were lots of lovely little extras like home baked cakes, fruit juice and bottled water in the room at no extra charge. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We would definitely recommend this very special b & B.

  I would rather have bathroom rather than having a sitting room... Shower room was quite big but there was nowhere I could put my things down. Basket or something would be nice to have there. - Very welcoming. Excellent accommodation - they had thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

  When you stay here you are made to feel more like a house guest than a paying guest which is very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable in a quiet location. There was a good restaurant a 1 minute walk away and some other places to eat also nearby. Points to note ...you may sometimes need to spend time finding a parking space nearby.   Beautiful and historic building in a dramatic setting. Most of the staff were great and very accommodating and they tried sorting out any issues quickly (there's a new GM) Lovely pool area indoor and out Clock tower restaurant was fun and very relaxed with charming staff. We spent one full day exploring the grounds, which are beautiful and situated on the Thames river. Very relaxing and peaceful. Also a very close and easy drive to Heathrow. We stayed there for our last two days in England, after a long trip and it made getting to Heathrow very easy.

  we were very impressed with the hotel as we often stop at holiday inn and this one was above average.all staff were very nice and it was easy to find and very near the bowl where we were going. - Very efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Good selection of choice at the continental breakfast buffet.
