  An excellent experience and this what a hotel should be like. Staff is excellent and never experienced better treatment even from higher starred hotels. Very friendly and helpful people. Rooms are bit small but travelling from USA to Europe, that is the norm. However you will forget about the smaller sized rooms after the way the hotel treats you... vad folk säger » . Excellent and would stay again whenever back in London. Location is very close to train station to train ride to central London very convenient. Bre - The service was brilliant. It was the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. They thought of everything including sweets on the reception desk. The staff in the breakfast room were superb. Quickly clearing and cleaning tables thoroughly. So friendly and helpful. There was free parking which was important to us too.

  Bra bemötande från personalen, det mesta gick smidigt, tekokaren på rummet var trevlig - clean, spacious, quiet room, friendly staff, - it was a pleasant stay. the staff was friendly yet professional. breakfast was excellant. would definately reccomend to friends.

  As a regular customer now of Arran Guest house-it has become my number 1 choice of stay-the bargain price and the superb customer service and extra's beat any London budget hotel's by a long shot.   Lovely hotel, brand new 2010, good location near Ilford Station and Gants Hill tube station. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, health breakfast. Plenty of tea/coffee supplies in the room as well as a hair dryer and a euro/shaver plug adaptor. Bathroom was clean. Can't comment on use of the shower as I didn't use it. In regards to keys, it's a card based system so there's no faffing about with key fobs.

Citybest Hotel was the best budget option we could find close to the O2 Arena.   Staff were so helpful and polite, I've stayed in some lovely and posh hotels in the past and can't recall ever being so impressed by how nice everyone was! Great price great location for getting the tube into the centre. Beefeater was decent family food too! Rooms lovely and clean.   I've read various negative comments about this place, but let's be reasonable about this. This *is* a budget hotel in greater London, you're not going to get 5* accommodation at this price!   The breakfast was excellent and the room with the tv service was also good. The room was nice and warm with a good radiator and the water was hot. I did like that I could make my own coffee and tea inside the hotel room. Also loved that there was a fridge to put my food and drinks inside to keep it cool. - friendly staff
