  We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, will be going back and will recommend to friends and family.... vad folk säger » Breakfast was lovely too. The best weekend thanku - The staff were particularly helpful with information for my grand daughter related to 'Doctor Who' . This was the reason for our visit to Cardiff. As a birthday present for a teenager who is mad about the programme. She had a lovely chat to your doormen who seem very knowlegable about the whole subject. The rooms have a wonderful veiw.

  booked single room but was alocated a double I needed to be within 5 mins of Hospice which it was it had a wonderful italian restaurant attached to it so didnt have to go looking for a meal breakfast was excellent all freshly cooked on ordering will definatly stay here again good value for price paid. - The hotel room was excellent - we booked a ... vad folk säger » double and were given a larger family room. It was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was very good - cooked individually rather than a buffet. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel is well worth a visit.
