  We booked a suite and it was worth every penny, great views great room great breakfast. We had a swim and had the pool to ourselves its a little dated and in need of some TLC but you would have to be a real winger to complain about this detail. The lifts worked fine but we opted to walk up the tastefully decorated stairs. Breakfast - Stayed for a weekend in February 2013 and we enjoyed every minute. Hotel very welcoming, clean, nice and warm. Restaurant is mega quirky and a joy to relax in. Leisure area utilised, sauna excellent combined with dips in the pool (Which was a bit fresh!) The breakfast was - delicious. Plenty of choice to be had both hot and cold. All in all a very enjoyable, relaxing stay and we will book again without hesitation!

  The location, high on the headland within a couple of strides of the beach, fashion & surf shops and cafes. The staff are friendly and efficient. The spa is just what one expects from a brand new facility, although the pool could be larger for the serious swimmer. There is an outside pool which looks good although we did not test it. All in all we had a VERY relaxing and enjoyable stay, we will certa - Awesome historic building overlooking the sea but don't be put off. Room was very modern, heated bathroom floor and the best shower I've ever been in. Clearly renovated recently. Restaurants were good, great breakfast (overlooking the ocean) and dinner. Friendly enough staff. Little expensive but not overpriced. Would stay here again.

  This Spa-hotel is brilliant! Even if you don't pay for the spa treatments (such as massage), you still get free use of jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and swimming pool!! Staff were amazing, from the reception to the catering team, they were all fantastic! You will not regret to pay just a bit more for all the comfort you will have. If you want to relax, that is the place! Sleep quality: superb! Foo - Everything! I cannot fault this hotel, it was well organised with helpful friendly staff, excellent facilities in the room and throughout the hotel. The pool was warm, and clear, with perfect steam room, sauna and the bubbliest jacuzzi. Having complimentary bath robes and slippers was delightful, and there were plenty of teas, coffee and shampoos in our room and the shower was hot and powerful.   Very friendly and helpful staff who ensured your needs were met. Excellent facilities with gym and indoor and outdoor pools. Children well catered for with separate dining facilities so adult parties not disrupted. - There was a lovely relaxed friendly feel at the hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful and chatty.   This waas the second year running that my wife and myself stayed at the Bay Hotel and will be going back next year. It's the whole surroundings and facilities that make his a great hotel - Really enjoyed staying at the Bay hotel, The staff where very friendly on arrival, the room was a nice size and very clean..
