  We all had an amazing week, the staff were so friendly, the rooms lovely and all our needs were catered for! We will be back before the summer is out! - Warm and welcoming especially on a wet and windy September day. The host and hostess were absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much trouble.

  Would certainly recommend this Guest House and will stay again hopefully for longer than just the two nights I was only able to spare this time. Great welcome and hospitality - very pleasant location and ideal for the beach, the town and the main 'Strand' bus stop - Great owner, very friendly and helpful.   Everybody at the Hotel was very friendly and very helpful. The Hotel itself was very clean and the room cleaning was first class. Breakfasts were of a good size and the quality of the ingredients was great. Setting of the Hotel was excellent and the views were wonderful. We were sad to leave.   The location, a pleasant walk to the beach, also a countryside walk along the canal and not too far from the town centre for shops, etc. The garden of the hotel was a pleasure, we were able to sit and read in very lovely surroundings.
