  We came in this hotel for the second time. As we returned it means that we like this hotel very much. The people are véry kind en trying to fulfill all our wishes at any time. The accomodation as well as the food are outstanding. Without doubt the best place to be: we just fell home and that's the most important we can say.   only had a brief one night stay,but really enjoyed it ..both tony and sue a really nice couple ..chatty and friendly etc ...great breakfast too ..would definitely recommend ...also impressed with the amount of tea,coffee and milk in the room ..... - They are a lovely couple and willing to help us in whatever we needed. I am disabled but nothing ... vad folk säger » was too much trouble to help[ me. Wouldnt hesitate to visit the Sandcastle again and Would recommend them to our friends

  Friendly welcome and hospitality and easy going and professional service. The Courtyard is in a quiet rural setting, but is close to things to do and places to visit. The room and bathroom was large and airy, it was very clean and attractive with a good comfortable bed and linen and a well equipped. Car parking is close to the rooms. Cameo appearances by Mabel the dog kept us amused and the recommendations for local restaurants were good - th - We enjoyed a warm welcome and we were given a choiced of the available rooms which were all of very high standard in both appointments, comfort and size.A choice of breakfast was available, the full English was freshly prepared from locally sourced ingredients and was excellent.The house and courtyard are in a very quiet and peaceful location yet close to all facilities. In the countryside but a short drive from large beach resorts and the broads.

  I would really recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone looking to spend some time in this pretty part of Suffolk. Linda and Tony (the owners) are lovely people and make you feel very welcome as well as a very comfortable room to relax in after a busy day out and about. Would definitely return again if we are in the area. - Very welcoming hosts. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Owners have gone to a lot of trouble to think of everything. Nice little touches everywhere from complimentary dweets and biscuits to magazines in room. Even wine glasses and a cork screw provided.
