  Till att börja med blev vi uppgraderade till en större svit än den vi hade bokat vilket blev en glad överraskning. Läget var suveränt och det var fantastiskt att vakna och från sin säng kunna blicka ut över Themsen från panoramafönstren. Proffsig och hjälpsam personal. - Allt var överraskande bra!

  Lugnt och tyst - Excellent conditions, nice and quiet, great rooms - not very spacey butone has to keep in mind it's Europe and the hotel is the formerresidence of a former British Lord! Great location: close to Victoriasubway and also within walking distance from both tourist attractions(ex. Very friendly and obliging staff. - A truely excellent hotel (luxury townhouse style) that deserves its five star rating. It is a very central yet quiet hotel with loads of charme and friendly, helpful staff. There might be no sauna but our room was furnished with lots of taste and the marble bathroom might have been small but it was always squeakingly clean. We enjoyed our stay there a lot and can recommend it.

  Everything very smooth and an oasis to have so much space in comparison to the ordinary hotel room in London. Good shower and toiletries! Location is perfect, about a minutes walk to the tube (served by multiple lines), loads of shops and eateries around but off the main street, so nice and quiet. Having a kitchen at hand means being able to keep ... vad folk säger » your costs down with regard to eating, which is nice. We could leave our bags in the hotel on the last day and were even given plenty of time to charg - Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.

  I booked into this hotel due to its proximity to the Hammersmith Apollo (went to see Josh Widdicombe - great stand-up comedian, fantastic gig!) It's a brilliant, cool hotel for its modest cost, comfortable, clean, with good decor - and the staff are welcoming and friendly! The hotel is an old Georgian townhouse on a lovely street and within a 10 minute walk of shepherds bush empire. There are a small row of shops over the road which is handy, and the grove restaurant opposite is lovely too and was offering a discount to London Grove guests while we were there!   Exactly as reviews say: a comfortable family-run hotel with helpful staff and excellent full English breakfast. I appreciate that hotel owner did her best to deliver twin room for us although during booking only double rooms were available. Thanks again for this! If you don't like - The staff were incredibly friendly. The Hotel is very well positioned with excellent links to public transport. Very reasonable prices and large choice when using the Hotel bar. Breakfast very adequate (fresh fruit,cereal) before moving on to freshly cooked items which you can tell are all freshly prepared.   Already stayed here before and consider as a perfect option for a short stay. Location in Goodge Street Tube station area is very lovely, lots of various pubs and restaurants to go out asa well as supermarkets and night shops to buy whatever you need. The variety of food is enought to make a good breakfast. There is also a sma - The price and location. Perfectly efficient in giving you the keys and your luggage on the last day in case you travel late. Very small bedrooms without ensuite bathrooms but a nice big communal kitchen and eating room plus bathrooms and small kitchen at each floor. Vey convenient and economical to cook your own meals if you want and the house provide eggs, cheese, milk , ham and fruit juices in an 24h open access fridge but also little empty fridges for personal items in each floor.   This is a small family-run hotel with lots of character. Our host Lorenzo was friendly & helpful, the food excellent & very reasonably priced, the room small but comfortable. Located in the heart of Hampstead, it's an ideal base for visitors to London who prefer to stay close but not in the centre.   mycket för pengarna, bra personal, god frukost, mysigt rum - Hotellet ligger väldigt nära Victoria station dit vi åkte buss från Stansted. utmärkt med den närheten, centralt och bra, lätt att ta sej överallt. rummen var rena och fina, små, men med god standard. jag har aldrig bott så bra i London förut. vi kommer definitivt att återvända.
