  Till att börja med blev vi uppgraderade till en större svit än den vi hade bokat vilket blev en glad överraskning. Läget var suveränt och det var fantastiskt att vakna och från sin säng kunna blicka ut över Themsen från panoramafönstren. Proffsig och hjälpsam personal. - Allt var överraskande bra!

  Absolutely nice connection with center of London, you need only 1 bus toget there. The best value for money payd. Internet in lobby and sometimes in room. - The price, it was extremely good value and although not quite what I was initially expecting, it was good value for the money we paid and in actual fact we only slept there as we were out sight... vad folk säger » seeing all day so it was just somewhere to lie our heads and freshen up.

The breakfast was great and the staff even helped with booking taxis for us.   Staff, just incredibly welcoming and accommodating, stayed with a girlfriend as our flight was cancelled. If you don't like - The staff were incredibly friendly. The Hotel is very well positioned with excellent links to public transport. Very reasonable prices and large choice when using the Hotel bar. Breakfast very adequate (fresh fruit,cereal) before moving on to freshly cooked items which you can tell are all freshly prepared.   This is a small family-run hotel with lots of character. Our host Lorenzo was friendly & helpful, the food excellent & very reasonably priced, the room small but comfortable. Located in the heart of Hampstead, it's an ideal base for visitors to London who prefer to stay close but not in the centre.   The room was cleam and not as small as one would expect in Central London. There was hot water and loads of pressure in the shower, unlike in so many hotels we've stayed in London before! Friendly staff, really good value for money for a hotel so close to Oxford St and Hyde Park. I stayed with my Mum and two teenage children in a room with 4 single beds and small en suite. The room was spacious enough for us, 2 large windows which opened fully for fresh air. All in all an excellent value hotel great to use as a base to explore London.

  I lived in this hostel from 15 till 27 of April 2013 and I would recommend it, because the location is perfet, 5 min from the tube, rooms are clean and staff is very friendly!
