  Loved the spaciousness of the apartment (2 bed/2 bathroom), the well fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher & washing machine), the closeness to West India Quay and Canary Wharf for top quality restaurants, shops & the River Cruise station.   Absolutely loved this apartment! It is great value for money! If you are looking around this area for a self contained apartment you will spend some ridculous amout of money per night. This place costed us just shy of $200 Australian per night. Bargain for the location and it being self contained. It is so cent - Though it was my second trip to London, and having stayed in Paddington earlier as well, i was very comfortable with my family in London.   The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect and the hotel itself was very nice and clean.

All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.
