  Vi uppskadde att hotellet var så levande,mysigt och trevligt. Det låg centralt till shopping,tunnelbana och sevärdigheter. Vi fick ett trevligt rum med gott om plats för en extra säng och utsikt mot Baker street. - Very friendly staff.   Excellent location for the tourist in London, close to galleries, theaters, shopping, events and sights. Relatively easy access from Heathrow. Reasonable prices.   On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner... vad folk säger » to work). The room was warm, comfortable, quite and suited our needs. We are unable to pass comment on the hotel food as we did not eat in at all. My - I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room. I loved the wooden floors, and the modern touches in the hotel which were interspersed with traditional embellishments of the original building. I wou

  Staff was great. Hotel was in a good location close to the Metro. It was a very nice suprise to find this hotel was such a place in considering my first time in London and not knowing the area. - This extremely clean and modern refurbed hotel is ideal for the weekend jaunt or business visit.

  We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared.   The hotel is situated really centrally in the heart of Covent Grd. The staff at the reception, friendly and polite, took trouble to arrange us a wished for quiet room. The room as well as the bathroom were good-sized and comfortably furnished. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and was not too expensive. Easy access to Covent Garden (four minute walk) and the West End (ten). Tons of bars and restaurants nearby; or grocery stores if you're staying in.   Helgen var underbar. Personalen var så trevlig! Rum 21 var en upplevelse.... jag bor gärna i det rummet igen ;) - The Shaftesbury Kensington var ett mycket trevligt hotell. Hotellet har ett bra läge på en lugn bakgata och det är bara 150 meter till tunnelbanestationen Earl's Court (4 stopp till centrum och man slipper till Heathrow på samma linje).... vad folk säger » Det var många som klagade över att rummen var små bland kundrecensionerna men så upplevde inte vi fallet. Vi bodde i ett dubbelrum.
