  Everything This was our sixth two week stay at your hotel. We would not consider staying anywhere else as l,ong as you will have us. The staff was fiendly and made us feel welcomed - So close to the Victoria Theatre and Tube station it was unbelievable! A very enjoyable stay!!

  Overall a very positive experience. Large spacious rooms, modern but very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Super location close to Tube Station, Chelsea / Kensington. Would definetly recommend. - Room was a good size, bathroom excellent. Everything very clean. Staff were friendly, helpful (they let us check in early at 09:30).

  Both cooked and cold buffet breakfast was really good quality. Customer Service. We arrived after midnight, whole area was cut off from mains water. Hotel provided all guests bottled water and a bucks fizz at breakfast to compensate, even though supply was reconnected by 7:30am. - A little piece of luxury in a great setting

  Exactly as reviews say: a comfortable family-run hotel with helpful staff and excellent full English breakfast. Location in Goodge Street Tube station area is very lovely, lots of various pubs and restaurants to go out asa well as supermarkets and night shops to buy whatever you need. Perfectly efficient in giving you the keys and your luggage on the last day in case you travel late. Vey convenient and economical to cook your own meals if you want and the house provide eggs, cheese, milk , ham and fruit juices in an 24h open access fridge but also little empty fridges for personal items in each floor. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a smile and the receptionist was very helpful in telling us the info about the hotel, we got to our room and were taken aback by the size of (we stayed in the executive room), lovely air conditioning so you can set the room to whatever temp is best f... vad folk säger » or you.
