Bra centralt lage och nyrenoverat. - Bokade ett 4 bäddsrum och fick 4 fantastiskt bra sängar, alla riktiga resårkärnor och inte några inställda extrasängar som ofta är brukligt. The staff was very nice. From the email I had sent before requesting a quiet room with the wifi (was in London for an exam) to the minute I arrived. Arran (I think that was his name) was so friendly and nice.

The location is very strategic and highly accessible to anywhere, everywhere via the Underground Tube which is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also couple of restaurants between the tube and the hotel which we could catch a bite or have our meals while on the way back to the hotel. The hotel room is cosy and clean. Breakfast was good with a fairly reasonable spread of food. The staffs were great and makes me feel at ease, as if I was at home. Highly recommended :)

Although a short visit we were made to feel very welcome, staff very nice and helpfull, all areas of the service provided were excellent will definately use a premier inn again! 10/10 from me, thanks. - The overall experience was friendly and I felt very well looked after by the staff. The food in the restaurant was also of a high standard.

It's less than 5 minutes from the DLR and there are a couple of nice restaurants a couple of minutes away. - Clean, deceptively quiet. Staff really helpful and even without asking just give you maps and stuff if you mention you may be traveling somewhere. Ample order-in chinese and indian cuisine.

Very nice and helpful staff (I asked quite a lot of times for help/advice, they have always given a solution). Clean and tidy rooms (I think they are also the 'spacious' type in London). Very friendly and helpful staff. We had our 9 month old with us and they
upgraded us to a bigger, less noisy room for no extra charge. Very clean
and comfortable with a nice breakfast. Great location for us as we have
family in Balham. Only a 10 minute walk to Balham tube station. Would

The staff were brilliant and really put themselves out for us. They upgraded us to a massive double suite with champagne and chocolates. Nothing snooty or subservient or obsequious either.
Breakfast was fantastic. Smooth, easy process for us.
The complimentary champagne on our first night was unexpected and greatly appreciated.
We were on our honeymoon and "splashing out" as a one off but the one off will be our first choice anytime we are in London.

My girlfriends and i had an amazing stay. The men collected our bags. All the staff were lovely. The rooms were beautiful and it was peaceful for its location. The breakfast was well worth having. More than needed. When we returned in the evening our beds had been turned down and handmade chocs put in our room. Cant wait to go back thankyou -

rate we got. The staff were helpful & took time to help explain
there was engineering works on the district line & to use the
Metropolitan line from Aldgate to get to my destination Sunday morning.
Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from
Tower Bridge.

Nice staff, very friendly, very clean, excellent for a night. Pub in
cellar, quite loud but just far enough so it didn't really bother
us. Breakfast very basic but okay, three large breakfast-tables to cater
the many guests. For one night or a weekend it's definitely
recommended. Location is great, close to St Pancras/Kings cross.

night. Lovely breakfast (good choice of musli/flakes/etc). Nice
