  I had a newly refurbished room which was excellent, however the old rooms are tired. The new rooms are a huge success and improvement. - the hotel staff was really helpful cos r car broke down and they help us out lots i would recommend this hotel to other people

  17th July 2011 visited this Hotel for a birthday meal and what a brilliant choice we made. The staff were brilliant; they were attentive yet made you feel relaxed. The dining room was lovely and clean which overlooked the lovely small hotel garden. The pianist was a brilliant touch and he played beautifully! Thankyou Clarendom for making my birthday a day to remember. - This hotel was close to 02 arena where we were attending concert and was very accessible by bus/taxi. Staff were very friendly and helpful checking in and out. Room was clean, warm, and well decorated with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice and it was well presented. Excellent value for money and I will definitely stay there again.

  Everything about the hotel was brilliant. The rooms were up to date and comfortable (a lot better than the pictures portrays them) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food and service from the bar/restaurant was excellent and was very reasonably priced. - Spacious, clean and modern room with the comfiest bed and duvet!!   friendly staff, nice basic room, all that was really needed having just attended a football match at wembley..good that check in open early as was able to drop off bags before the match etc.. - I thought the bathroom was brilliant - great idea to make it a sealed unit so you don't get damp problems. Also thought the 24 food was great.

  Personalen var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Och läget kunde inte vara mer perfekt då det ligger mitt i centrala London och man har nära till nästan allt. Kan mycket väl tänka mig att boka detta hotell igen om jag åker till London i framtiden! - Vi åkte hela familjen på 7 personer med barn mellan 4 och 16 år.   Location is great, though have to walk 5 minutes from Elephant & Castle Underground station. Staff is super friendly, as they really helpful on helping me to get into all female-dorm.
