  As a former airline pilot and current diplomatic courier, I have lived out of a suitcase all of my adult, working life. I have traveled the world and stayed in literally thousands of hotels. In all that time, I have never met a front desk person (Sian) more friendly, outgoing, and accommodationg. She is by far the best asset of th - A very comfortable modern hotel with very friendly and helpfull staff and in a very convienient location for Cardiff and just off the M4 with plenty of free parking.The cooked breakfast in the adjacent Beafeater restaurent was also very good and inexpensive with waiter service and a full menue for all other meals

  I loved the feel and the surrounding of the manor hotel, it is a very relaxing atmosphere. A big unique selling point of the hotel for me was the gym. I also loved the homemade mushroom soup!! - The manor is lovely, the staff attentive and the food outstanding. It was the ideal place to relax and recharge.
