  The decor of the b & b was lovely; every detail was perfect. I had no idea until I got there that this would be such a popular destination on what seemed to be a very early spring day with no particular holidays etc. and until we got to the breakfast room, I thought we were probably the only guests!!!! Our room #3, I believe, had a view of an early spring container garden -- not very fancy, but also totally sheltered fro - Warm welcome, nothing too much trouble, excellent breakfast, beautifully furnished throughout. Bedroom spacious, stayed in rom 6. Travelled by train, so location very near train station was ideal for us. quiet street, but very near town centre and sea front. East, superb Cantonese restaurant near train station, added bonus. Llandudno is a great resort, with so much to do.

  The owners were very friendly, I arrived at 1.15pm and my room was ready, I originally booked a twin sea view , then changed to a double with a sea view without hassle. When I arrived I was cold becuase I travelled up on a motorbike from S Wales, I asked if there was a bath in the room and she said no only a shower but there was a bath/shower in t... vad folk säger » he back bedroom, I took this. Because I already paid for a sea view, I asked for a rasher of bacon or two in leiu of my choice to be downgraded which - The location was ideal for the theatre. The staff were very friendly we were offered a room at the top and as there was no lift we asked to be moved which was no problem at all we were moved to the first floor.The food was very good and the hotel was ultra clean.Would definitly stay there again.

  Owners were very friendly and helpful. The twin room we had was very spacious and comfortable and on a lovely quiet street within a few minutes walking distance from the town centre. There was also somewhere to put my car and the breakfasts were lovely quality and nicely cooked and presented. - The room was beautiful, very clean and well decorate... vad folk säger » d. Breakfast was excellent and the owners were very friendly and approachable. Will definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends.

  Lovely little B&B, perfect location for me as I was attending a nearby training course, excellent value for money, the lady (a Freind of the owner) was looking after the place for him and was so kind and accommodating....thank you for a pleasant stay and I would definitely stay their again...And...free parking facility was an absolute bonus! :... vad folk säger » -) - The food is excellent, the rooms comfortable and the staff are friendly and caring. We look forward to our annual stay at The Epperstone and enjoy the welcome we always receive.
