  Varmt välkomnande. Bra service. God mat och ett fantastiskt rum - The hotel was lovely. The setting was beautiful, the rooms were spacious, attractive and very clean. The whole setting had a wonderful atmosphere. The food and drinks were excellent, and the staff could not have done more to make us comfortable. The taste of the room, the nature and the views which can be seen from the hotel were excellent. Just staying in the hotel was good enough to enjoy the day. The staffs were very friendly.

  The room was so much more than basic. We found it very inviting as soon as we walked in. The evening meal was done to perfection, and breakfast would satisfy anybody. - The staff were all very efficient and friendly and the surroundings were second to none.

  The staff were great. They were all young and enthusiastic, there was a good energy in the place. The meals were excellent. We had breakfast included and we ate dinner there for each of our three nights, and looked forward to it. There was always a good crowd in for meals. It was good to have free parking at the hotel, and then drive a short way to the free parking at the park and ride bus exchange to see th - It was located in a quiet village, Hinton Charterhouse, approx 15minutes from Bath Spa by road. Access by local bus or taxi from Bath Spa if you don't have own vehicle. Peaceful, friendly, good food and country pub atmosphere. Access to some rooms is by stairs only. Staff very helpful to take bags up for you but if stairs is an issue you may need to ask for ground level room.

  We stayed last weekend for my friends Hen weekend as a group of 15 in a range of ages. From the second we booked till the time we left the service was incredible! The service was so personable and nothing was too much trouble. They put on a 3 course dinner for us and we were served in style. The parking available is a massive plus in Bath as well! W - All of the our stay was excellen. From the moment we arrived and greeted with smiling faces, and very time we saw a memeber of staff they would always smile and chat to you.
