Friendly staff. - what a fantastic venue in its own grounds, fantastic meal in the claret jug with brilliant service through the entire stay

  Superb hotel, the rooms were fantastic and modern incl. leisure facilities. All staff helpful and happy. Only stayed 1 night but will be back for a long weekend. - Fantastic modern hotel with everything you could want for a pleasant stay

  The staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble.Customer service like this goes a long way in my opinion. The facilities too were very good.
