  We liked the breakfast in bed option, as there is no dining room it was the only option :). We stayed at top floor - 7 flights of stairs, which is fine if you have small suitcase.Broom was updated and clean, howeve the water pressure failed often, so I resorted to take a shower on the other floor at the common area, where the shower was rather ou... vad folk säger » tdated, but it was worth it since I got some good waterpresure and temperature. Room was small, but that is to be expected in europe prime location. T - Nice, calm location, 5 minutes' walk from the Heathrow train. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. An in-room breakfast package shows a lot of variety and was actually a nice surprise. Although a budget hotel, it does offer a number of amenities, even providing a socket adapter. Overall, excellent value for money in a great location!

  Great and friendly staff! - The staff was very friendly and polite. We had such a warm welcome. We could leave our luggage even though we could not check in untill 2. Also when we had already checked out in the morning we were allowed to take our lunch in the garden and pick up our luggage in the evening. The facilities are great. The shared bathroom was perfectly clean, and nice clean towels were provided every day. The beds are - The location was excellent as it was near the British Museum and shopping streets of Oxford and Totterham. The receptionist Roger is very good in his job and in giving advise. I do the same job so I know what is expected.The Arran Hotel is a small place but has a great heart. Breakfast was tasty and grand. The bathroom/ rooms were very clean. I found the hotel to be in a great location. A great recommendation.

  Location was excelent being less than 5 mins walk from Paddington station and good tube connections to all central areas needed. A direct bus from kings cross area stopped within a minutes walk of the hotel. Continental breakfast was brought to the room every morning at 8 with enough to eat.   Friendly, helpful staff. Location just round the corner from Paddington made getting into London very easy. I didn't have my phone charger and was out of battery so he lent me his, plus I had to check out before breakfast so he brought it to me the night before! I was well impressed with his attitude and friendliness. Other than that the place was very clean and excellent value. Also there was loads of stuff nearby and it's right next to Paddington station.

The bed was big enough not to suffer from the heatwaves and very confortable. Our room had a view on the London Mews, which are very common in the neighborhood. There's beautiful Hyde Park next to a hotel, you can easy walk to Oxford street, Paddington underground station's in 5-minutes walk. I like this hotel, I'm going to stay here again :)
