The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The atmosphere was brilliant, we had a fantastic time. The crack was great in the bar when we returned for the Darts venue. My son aged 11 really enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar and he was made feel welcome to sit in the bar while we enjoyed a few drinks.I would highly recommend the Premier Inn to anyone staying in Belfast, very central to all hot spots.

The staff at the Belfast Hilton were extremely helpful and forthcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was amazing to sleep in. I never wanted to get out of it. ... vad folk säger » tely recommend this hotel to friends and family. - Everything, it was worthy of a 5* - it had an ironing board and iron in the room, wine glasses, ice bucket, hairdryer, flatscreen T.V., clothes line in bathroom, ice machine in corridor, dressing gown, sewing kit, mini bar etc. It was fantastic and the bed was huge. Lovely view of water from window as well. They also let us check in quite a bit earlier.

Your Bonita was amazing. She was polite, pleasant, very helpful. To have such a person working at the front desk, we can say that this hotel on Alred Street is always busy. Can we say, that as we both work with Customer Services in our respective jobs that we feel that Bonita is an asset that should be given an opportunity to broaden her horizons with The Premier Inn Group. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! TheRaddison sas is quite central to the city centre, just a 10 minute walkto the city centre. The staff were very helpful and pleasan to dealwith. And another nice touch, parking was free for our weekend stay.Bonus! I would definitely recommend this hotel.
