  The hotel provides an excellent location within London downtown area. Welcoming staff efficently cater to international guests who visibly enjoy the place either for business or leisure.   Our room was lovely. The staff could not have been nicer. Upon our arrival theater tickets were ordered for us. We only had one night in London but were free the following day. The hotel stored our luggage and arranged transportation to the airport later that afternoon. The afternoon tea was just ok, but the setting was great. We would definitely ... vad folk säger » return again. - The hotel was gorgous and well located. The staff were friendly and helpful with planning excursions and with transportantion arrangements. The breakfast was also wonderful. I loved having tea in the sitting room at the end of a day touring London. My room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom modern. I would definately stay again.

  1-) location - near by padington train station, underground and all the busses. - so close to the Hyde park which we visited daily to have a fresh walk or a nice bike ride. - 2 minutes of nice restaurants and souvenir shops. 2-) Friendly staff - always helping with maps and ideas about busses, renting bikes, where to have dinner, offering Extra pi... vad folk säger » llows, soap, towels even having your luggages for the whole day after checking out until 6:30 pm. 3-) comfortable room - we had a quatro room for our - For the price (just over 100 GBP on Bookings.com) it can't be beat. A mere 2 blocks from Kennsington Gardens, quiet, clean. A lot of folks are giving it a bad review because the carpet is worn, the room temps aren't climate controlled and, yes, the bathrooms are micro-sized. But I like to sleep cheap, eat well and be in a good part of town. If you don't mind climbing stairs, this is a great place for those who don't want to spend a fortune on lodging in London! Just leave your high expectations
