  Excellent and beautifully decorated no-expense spared brand new small luxury hotel. They may only have been open a few weeks but they've hit the ground running thanks to the top quality experienced staff. My room was super comfortable and the marble bathroom with heated floor and electric loo gorgeous. The heated cigar terrace must be un - Only stayed for 1 night in May but thought the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It's location in the centre of London is ideal, the quality of the staff training is excellent, the rooms and the personal feel to the hotel is perfect. The use of the curtesy Rolls Royce really topped off a superb stay.

  I really liked everything. The staff from the first contact with the doorman to the receptionist and the waiters not forgetting room service were all excellent.   The staff were brilliant and really put themselves out for us. They upgraded us to a massive double suite with champagne and chocolates. It was our 25th Anniversary and they put themselves out..even putting rose petals on the bed at night while we were out. They could not have done a better job...thank you Ritz. Excellent staff with personable, friendly, helpful and courteous manner. Nothing snooty or subservient or obsequious either. Breakfast was fantastic. Smooth, easy process for us. We were on our honeymoon and "splashing out" as a one off but the one off will be our first choice anytime we are in London.

  We liked the location - very close to main tourist attractions, shopping areas, Hyde Park, underground stations. At the same time, it is a very quiet, historic place and sure you will feel very pleased to be in such an environment. The appartment is very cosy, you immeditely feel like being at home. All the in-house facilities worked well (including the heating systems that is important in January), we had everything needed - The location was very quiet at night for sleeping yet very central. Close to Green Park tube yet could walk via Berkely square to Oxford Street and Regent Street. Nice local area Shepherd's Market for eating and 2 local supermarkets. Appartment fully equiped, clean and very comfortable. well priced for the area.
