  the staff were friendly. we got upgraded for free when we arrived which was a nice surprise. the room was clean and the king size bed was amazing. the breakfast was also very nice. good location. - Very friendly staff at front desk who upgraded our room when he heard it was our 1st wedding anniversary.

  The entire staff were extremely helpful,pleasant and polite.Rooms are very comfortable.We only had breakfast in the hotel(continental) and this was more than adequate.Will certainly stay there again next time I go to London. - I liked the atmosphere in the hotel, more smartly casual than some of the older hotels

Det hade räckt med en filt i samma storlek som resesängen. Annars mycket hög standard! - Bra lgh för barnfamilj, rent och nära tunnelbana som gjorde det enkelt att ta sig till och från.
