  The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect and the hotel itself was very nice and clean.

  Stayed 5 nights in the King Suite. 1 bedroom and 2 sofa-beds (in the living room) accommodated 4 of us (me, my wife & 2 adult children) well. Unit was well-fitted out (washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, etc).   Excellent staff help, best hotel bed I have slept in, great (huge!) breakfast. Superb location, only five minutes walk from Victoria station. We could not have asked anything more.
