  Excellent doormen who made life very easy for us taking care of all our luggage and shopping plus parked our car very efficient. - The service was very personal and attantive, the rooms and the design were outstanding, it felt like home away from home!

It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.

  Staff was outstanding in both hotel and at breakfast. Food was excellent. Large spotless bathroom. Great Bed. Hotel is in perfect central location for shopping, etc. Door man very helpful ever day.
