  The nearness to the tube was ideal. The rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable. Our room had a nice outlook on to the garden. It was good to have the lounge.The room was very warm and the booking in and out times were good. - Very friendly staff, immaculately clean and comfortable.   We enjoyed our stay. The male employee (I wish I could remember his name, he was very nice!) was very helpful. My two children and I arrived at 9am and because I knew we'd be up all night, I asked for an early check in. When we arrived, the previous guests had checked out so our room was vacant, but it had not been cleaned yet. We would recommend the breakfast option - the voucher giving a choice of traditional English or vegetarian breakfast at a reduced cost and conveniently served at the cafe opposite the tube station.   self contained with all needed kitchen facilities for cooking, ironing facilities, good shower, very clean and well cared, staff very polite and helpful, very close to Hammersmith tube and bus station, good commerce nearby, pubs and restaurants, close to the Thames River for a nice walk alongside and a meal or beer at The Dove. It was done well though and so did not feel cramped, yet fit everything in that we could have asked for. (Having a full kitchen was impressive.) And all this was for a much better price than many of the other hotels. Room was perfectly clean and the owners/staff were friendly and helpful. Close to many pubs, shopping centre and the metro.. it doesn't get much better. Thanks Aviva Studios!

  It was a fantastic location - so near both Hammersmith tube stations. Great value for money, and would be great for families. Would stay here again, but maybe not just for one night, Garden amazing at front of main office and building!! - Staff very helpful. Room confortable. Good location in relation to tube.
