  We were very impressed with this hotel. The hotel is very new, and running smoothly. Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable with great towels, linen, a small kitchenette, iron, GH... vad folk säger » D hair dryer and straightening iron. The location is fantastic on a quiet but lively street with bars and restaurants, just off Dean St and an easy wa - Excellent location in Soho, just south of Oxford St. (Shopping), east of Charing Cross Rd. (Bookstores), and north of China Town (good food), Liecester Square (half-price theater tickets), and a whole slew of West End theaters. Very helpful staff at Reception. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and booked us a Mercedes to Heathrow that cost less than a black cab. When I asked for more coffee and ultra pasteurized milk for the room, they loaded me up. We spent a lot of time searching

  The location was incredible. You couldn't get more central if you tried. Walk to Buckingham Palace (5 mins), overlooking Green Park, neighbours to St. James Palace and the Ritz. Hop on Hop Off Buses around the corner. Bond Street (5min) walk. Picadilly and Oxford Circus easy walks (15-20 minutes). Underground around the corner...   The Staff were consistently cheerful and helpful. The location cannot be bettered; very central, 3 minutes form the Jubilee Line yet quiet and peaceful. - The hotel,atmosphere,food and staff were excellent, everything we expected it to be.A good location.   I was very pleased with the stay. The room was comfortable and clean.The shower good.I felt safe and secure as a woman traveling alone.The best was the Breakfast.Wide selection of fresh!!!! fruit(pineapple,watermelon,grapes,bananas, plums etc) and pastries and cereal and tea.The best breakfast I've been ever served since staying in various hotels ... vad folk säger » and B&B's.And all that for £36 a night.Definitely reccomend - Newly refurbished and spotless student rooms, compact but of a high standard. Unbeatable location just off Covent Garden, near British Museum, University, Oxford St, Soho, Trafalgar Square and galleries. Between 2 stations on Central line linking with Northern and Piccadilly lines. Perfect simplicity with helpful staff. Lively but civilised and peaceful.

  The staff were brilliant and really put themselves out for us. They upgraded us to a massive double suite with champagne and chocolates. It was our 25th Anniversary and they put themselves out..even putting rose petals on the bed at night while we were out. They could not have done a better job...thank you Ritz. Excellent staff with personable, friendly, helpful and courteous manner. Nothing snooty or subservient or obsequious either. Breakfast was fantastic. Smooth, easy process for us. The complimentary champagne on our first night was unexpected and greatly appreciated. We were on our honeymoon and "splashing out" as a one off but the one off will be our first choice anytime we are in London.
