  The whole experience was an absolute pleasure and I will be back. The service,and attention from the staff was professional, friendly and personal. Especially the receptionist when checking in Friday evening. The receptionist was brilliant- I do not have her name but I would like give a special thank you. The stay was short but couldn't have kased for a better one. - Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.

  The hotel is amazingly welcoming. The staff and the general manager of the hotel are masters in making you feel at home. One does feel joining a bigger family when checking in the hotel. The rooms, the restaurant and the bar are wonderful and everything is really clean.   The staff were fantastic. Very helpful with directions and giving us extra toilet paper and washing powder when we ran out. I also asked for a drying rack for washing as I don't like to use the tumble dryer and when we got back to the apartment it was all set up. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished,but a bit small and you couldn't open the wind... vad folk säger » ows at night when sleeping due to the city noise. The kitchen facilities were ample with a nice large fridge. The apartments are within zone 1 in Aldg - These apartments are modern, spotless and spacious, with all the fittings and facilities you need for a perfect stay. For the money I don't think you could do better. I stayed here nearly 3 years ago and was thrilled; I was not disappointed this time as things are still outstandingly clean and fresh, spacious and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer is fantastic when you are away for a while too! Also convenient for the tube and in zone 1. I highly recommend these apartments; I cannot fault them

  The apartment felt like a home from home. The staff were friendly, and the position was fab. We didnt have far to travel to find restaurants, bars and shopping.

Top quality overall, I will definitely book this hotel again (been in London 20+ times, this Hotel is the best I stayed in so far). Leadenhall Market, Brick Lane and Old Spitalfield Market along with lots of pubs and restaurants are also just a few minutes away. - The Andaz is stylish but relaxed and we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly cean in a areas. We were upgraded and a little birthday cake awaited us in our room for my husband's birthday. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.

  I've just returned from a 3 day trip to London with my mum and we absolutely loved our stay at London Bridge Hotel. The location is fantastic, just round the corner from the tube station and Borough Market. Our room was comfortable and welcoming and very quiet even on a Saturday night. - Room was comfortable.   We needed a comfortable hotel near Aldgate and HAC, as we were meeting friends in Aldgate and going to a dinner at HAC. This hotel looks and feels brand new but has actually been open for years.   We stayed in the Executive King Room. The room was very nicely decorated. It looked fresh, clean and new. The bed was comfortable and large and the TV was well-placed and worked properly. The bathroom was clean and the bath was large. Unfortunately the water was not very hot from the hot tap.   Hotel is around 15 minutes walking from London bridge underground and rail station. Two bus stops are within 2 minutes walking distance. Immediatly infront there is a small supermarket and a pizzaria, but nothing else. The thyme restaurant offers good breakfast at a reasonable price as well as other meals over the day. Two vending machines are availabl - The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. The room was clean and the towels large and plush. The A/C worked fine and kept us quite cool. Bermondsey Square, just one block south, has a lovely courtyard with two nice restaurants (we tried and enjoyed both), a cinema/bar, and a small grocery (which we also found handy on several occasions during our 6 night stay).   We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June & July 2013. The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area. Each room we stayed in was different ranging from typical "European" size to larger than what you would e - Great location on the Thames, views of St Paul's , the Gherkin and The Shard. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy. The comfiest bed ive ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed in earlier in year! Great breakfast in the Anchor pub next door. Breakfast room upstairs with river & terrace views . Lots to do in area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15- 20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar Square.
