  Everything was great! The service was fine, as well as the hotel staff. Room was tidy and clean, with good acoustic isolation (no noise from the outside).   All I can say is wow what an amazing hotel. It was absolutely spotless in every area . The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your reflection in the floor. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. It really is amazing. The price was excellent too especially for a 5 star in - The gym, pool, sauna & steam room are all good & included in rate we got. The staff were helpful & took time to help explain there was engineering works on the district line & to use the Metropolitan line from Aldgate to get to my destination Sunday morning. Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from Tower Bridge.

  We had a wonderful stay in these apartments. The representative who met us was very pleasant and ensured any questions he had were answered. The apartment was spotlessly clean, had everything we could possibly need and more! We loved the contemporary Decor. The apartment was light & bright and in an excellent location. I wouldn't he - Our stay at the apartments was wonderful in all aspects. The Tower Hill staff upgraded our booking and gave us a better apartment.
