The room was spacious and very close to the town centre and the conference centre was directly across the road which was handy. The staff were always pleasent and helpful and gave good sugestions on what to see and do. Will return - It was so central and the location was superb. The Japanese resturant isn't there anymore but is only a couple minute

The welcome to the Guest House was exeptional. We were treat superbly. The breakfast next morning was very nice. The location of the hotel for all facilities within the harrogate area was fantastic. A big thankyou. I really enjoyed my day away. -

Good location, Very friendly and helpfull staff (Tabs). Room 2 at the front is a larger than standard room. Radox products in bathroom only downside a bit flowery for us men good that it was not in sachets but full bottles.Tea coffee, Kettle, Iron and ironing board in room. The bathroom has a good quality shower snd good sized quality towels. Flat screen freeview TV with DVD player built in. A good selection of cereals at Breakfast followed by a full English

Owners have taken care to maintain property to excellent standards.
Rooms were clean, comfortable and comfortable and new shower and
bathroom meant no irritating plumbing problems. Location is close
(walking distance) to city centre yet in a very quiet tree lined cul de
sac in a sllepy neighbourhood for a most peaceful stay. Breakfast
excellently cooked to order and owner extremely helpful and hospitable.
