  Good sized room, everything I needed for overnight stay. Room overlooked garden which was pretty and quiet but imagine it would be a busy (noisey) beer garden in high summer. Decor modern, bathroom with double shower. Location excellent for RHS Harlow Carr visit.   Fantastic stay. on arrival we had been upgraded to one of the two bed luxury apartment, the booking agent had also taken into consideration the request for the quiet room which i was extremely grateful of. Extremely comfortable, and clean, I used to work as a housekeeper and i can honestly say I could not fault the cleanliness, perhaps on the chro... vad folk säger » me in the bathroom could have done with some extra polishing, but that was minor and didn't affect our stay. All necessary details about arrival plus - I really cannot fault the apartment or locality it really was spot on for our needs. In particular, we bumped into the maintenance guy on the way in and he showed us where everything was and then the following day we wanted to store our luggage as we came on the train and one telephone call to yourselves and we left our luggage with the maintenance guy and came and collected later in the day. You went the extra mile to accommodate us and would highly recommend to anyone who is wishing to stay

  Having an apartment after 4 hotel rooms was great. The design and finish of the whole building was excellent as was the location. Although virtually in the center of Harrogate it was very quiet with a beautiful park in front. Getting out of the town was very easy from this location too.   Loved the fact that we were a two minute walk from the shops and near restaurants for the evening. Excellent value for money and a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Much nicer than your run of the mill holiday inn or travel lodge where they are all the same! Also liked that you had a bar connected so we could have a drink late evening.   Apartments were perfect location with the Valley Gardens just opposite and wine bars and eateries in abundance. Well planned access and we parked just outside and purchased a parking permit which was well worth it. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable and very clean. It was a home from home. Perfect for our needs. I would recommend it for a family of 4 also. Street parking nearby which would be the only downside if you don't want to pay. Didn't effect us though as we left each day before payment was required.
