  I like the fact that check in was effortless, we had just had a long stressful journey and when we got to the hotel everything fell into place. The receptionist was welcoming and the room was excellent. The location was absolutely brilliant, we may have had a long journey the previous day but on the day on the match all we had to do was have a lei... vad folk säger » surely breakfast and then walk round the block to Twickenham stadium. In view of this fact the price for the accommodation was excellent. I would reco - Excellent service, very clean and well kept hotel. The facilities were exceptional the beds were nicely made and the most comfortable beds we have used during a stay. The breakfast was fresh, hot and varied with a very good standard of cleanliness. We had asked if the hotel could do anything for my husband as it was his 40th Birthday....they very kindly put a couple of treats in the room for no charge.   Very polite, friendly and helpful family run guest house. Free wifi and availability to pay for off road parking very helpful. It was quiet. Excellent location for anybody needing Twickenham Stadium. Easy to get to Richmond and to Waterloo. - Location is brilliant for the stadium! Would definitely stay again for events there.   Have used this hotel many times over the years as a stopover while attending local meetings. As always the room was very clean and well presented. The bed was huge. Check-in and out was very easy and the staff polite and business-like. Although I ate at the excellent Café Venice in Whitton - the best Italian in the area - there is a very good res... vad folk säger » taurant co-located with the hotel. Will always use this hotel when I am in the area. - we stayed for 4 nights and was made very welcome all the staff were friendly polite and eager to please. The resturant was very pleasent spotless clean and more than enough choice.We also dined of an evening the food was excellent well presented and the chef was superb.Would like to recommend chef for the lovely very well priced food. Excellent value.Would certainly be visiting again.

  Having stayed at an ibis budget before I knew what to expect . Ideal for those on a strict budget who just want a place to stay for the night. Not as comfortable as other budget hotels ( Travelodge , premier inn etc ) but again those are more expensive . The rooms are basic but modern . There's a good clean modern shower and a decent freeview tv. ... vad folk säger » Easy to walk to from the train station about 5/10 minutes walk. - Stayed here before flying from LHR midday and it was perfect for that, and at a really good price. There were plenty of ethnic restaurants nearby to get something to eat.
