  The hotel is relatively new, and it looks it; very new and crisp feel about all of the décor and the hallways, walls etc. The staff are very pleasant, professional and helpful. Very comfortable room with a decent sized TV and a relatively small window but with a nice view (from the 11th floor) across Salford Quays. Excellent bar area. The young manager who helped us was really helpful. We ended up with a most luxurious room and really enjoyed our stay The dining room was very attractive and comfortable and the breakfast convenient and of a good standard.

  The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone.   the staff was really welcoming and friendly, they called to confirm our arrival time and were really quick and efficient.   We could not fault this hotel in any way. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and courteous.   We decided to stay at this hotel as is was close to Old Trafford. The view of the Salford Quay is stunning, especially at night time.   Nytt o fräscht - Being a new hotel, it was very clean, the rooms were great (loved the showers). As the purpose of our trip was shopping, the Ramada is quite close by taxi to the Trafford Centre. Didnt eat in the hotel restaurant but as I passed, one customers dinner looked fantastic, I also heard another guest comment that their food was wonderful... vad folk säger » .Bar staff were very professional and friendly. - The hotel was fabulous,very clean and the location was brilliant,a few minutes walk from Old Trafford Grounds,Lowry Centre and just a taxi ride to the Trafford Centre and Arndale Centre.The staff were so welcoming and so helpful in every way,especially as we had our 7year old daughter with us and they couldn't have being more helpful and understanding.

  Due to the tram system in Manchester, we found it easy to travel from this hotel to the (Manchester) city centre in 10mins or less due to the hotel being situated at the Salford Quays. The hotel was being refurbished at the time of our stay & we were both impressed with the rooms for such a budget hotel on how clean & organised it was run.... vad folk säger » Not luxury by no means but it was a budget hotel after all & we have no complaints about the staff or room for the price we paid for the 3 nights - The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room had a shower in it right next to the bed with air holes and as a female staying with two male friends I didn't feel comfortable, the staff were so happy to move us to a bigger room with a seperate shower room. The parking is only £3 per day which is very cheap and the hotel is very close to the tram into Manchester city centre.

  Fascinating transformation of an old warehouse into a hotel without spoiling the integrity and exterior of the building. The temperature of the room remained pleasant despite the fact that it isn't possible to open the window. I guess the walls must be thick.
