  The whole experience was an absolute pleasure and I will be back. The service,and attention from the staff was professional, friendly and personal. Especially the receptionist when checking in Friday evening. The receptionist was brilliant- I do not have her name but I would like give a special thank you. The stay was short but couldn't have kased for a better one. - Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.

  The hotel is amazingly welcoming. The staff and the general manager of the hotel are masters in making you feel at home. One does feel joining a bigger family when checking in the hotel.   Absolutely everything about our stay was amazing. From the lovely and accommodating concierge (Daniel) to the amazing view of the shard from the penthouse terrace. This apartment defintely had the wow factor for my partners 30th Birthday. Everything was sleek and modern yet still very comfortable.   The whole package, location, staff, food was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. STK restaurant is fantastic with the best steak I have ever tasted.
