  The design of the hotel was out of this world. Stunning. Beautiful. Airy. So homely. The staff were so friendly, ever so efficient, above and beyond. It was natural too, not false. They made me feel really welcome, and that mattered an awful lot, being a solo traveller. Everything about the hotel spelt "CLASS" The other guests were friendly too.   We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel.   I've just returned from a 3 day trip to London with my mum and we absolutely loved our stay at London Bridge Hotel. The location is fantastic, just round the corner from the tube station and Borough Market. Our room was comfortable and welcoming and very quiet even on a Saturday night. - Room was comfortable.   We needed a comfortable hotel near Aldgate and HAC, as we were meeting friends in Aldgate and going to a dinner at HAC. This hotel looks and feels brand new but has actually been open for years. The staff are very helpful and efficient, making our stay a pleasure. We were given a map of London and was showed where the local attractions were, and the closest tube stations too. We were upgraded to a larger room for our Honeymoon which had a balcony. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. We even had free snacks, bottled water, and a gift of chocolates waiting for us. The hotel is located near 3 tube stations which is very convenient. Breakfast was very nice too, although it is not includ
