  trevlig personal, bra busservice från och till tunnelbanan, centralt läge - the hotel was first class and the staff were extremly helpful and friendly the free courtasy bus was a real bonus as was the ferry service from the hotel to canary wharf. this is a highly recomended hotel. - Can not fault this hotel.   We stayed in the Executive King Room. The room was very nicely decorated. It looked fresh, clean and new. The bed was comfortable and large and the TV was well-placed and worked properly. The bathroom was clean and the bath was large. Unfortunately the water was not very hot from the hot tap. Running a bath warm enough to relax in was difficult a... vad folk säger » nd the shower was never "hot", just warm. We were in a great location, walking distance to Brick Lane and Spitalfields Market and close enough to the - This hotel is amazing I booked a pre paid stay but I put the wrong dates in the hotel could have not been more helpful and let me change my dates the rooms are modern very clean tea and coffee with a kettle and lovely bedding and comfortable beds and great to get into central London this is a wonderful find and a big thank you to Nazeen on reception what a star
