  Very friendly staff. Nice new bathroom/shower. Well working heating (cold period during our stay). Excellent cooked English breakfast. - The breakfast was plain and simple

  Chester hotel is located within walking distance from many sights of the city (Westminster Abbey and Big Ben – 15-20 min, St.James park – 20-25 min). Very close to Victoria station (bus station, railway station and shops).   trevlig personal - stones throw from the palace - truly in the heart of london. the rooms, the staff, the dining - everything was absolutely perfect. they have a sister hotel that is literally down the street, it is more expensive and a perhaps a little more grand - but everything is 'modernized' with a blackandwhite motif ... and that hotel uses ... vad folk säger » the restaurants at the rubens for their special packages. - From the moment we arrived at the Hotel to the minute that we left, we were treated like the most important people in the establishment. All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.
