  The location is really good. It takes just 1 minute from the Vauxhall station. Excellent double glazing, all mod cons, mirrored furniture, sparkling white kitchen, fabulous showers with plenty bath sheets and comfy beds.   I read a few negative reviews about Pestana London on letsbookhotel.com and on TripAdvisor. I'm not one for writing reviews but decided I should do this one. This hotel was a completely different experience from the negative reviews.   Valdigt bra service. God bemotande. - Nice check in experience - after asking staff about our welcome bottle of wine it arrived on ice to our room within minutes. An excellent way to start a night out. Room service was reduced by 25% between 3 and 5pm so had some food too. King Prawn Ceasar salad was great.   Till att börja med blev vi uppgraderade till en större svit än den vi hade bokat vilket blev en glad överraskning. Läget var suveränt och det var fantastiskt att vakna och från sin säng kunna blicka ut över Themsen från panoramafönstren. Proffsig och hjälpsam personal. - Allt var överraskande bra!

  Hotel has a nice location right on Clapham Common. Whilst not right in the centre of London it is only 4/5 subway stops from Victoria and much better value than most of the hotels that are in the centre. It's in an excellent accessible location, about 10 mins walk from either Clapham Common or Clapham South. The beautiful Victorian building is well looked after and has a quirky yet clean feel to it. A cosy and warm atmosphere with open fires in the winter. Helpful and welcoming staff, very professional. Glass-roofed conservatory breakfast area, and excellent food.   This hotel was a breath of fresh air for London on a budget. It is absolutely brand new, we arrived at 12:30 and were given early check in and an upgrade to an executive room. Each staff member was friendly and efficient.   Närheten till Victoria station var mycket praktisk. Rummen var fräscha och städades väl varje dag. Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående. Trevligt med ägg och yoghurt till frukost. - Bra läge, prisvärt, bra personal.
