  The room was really clean. The staff were really helpful and gave a great breakfast service with a lot to choose from. It was also in walking distance from the Hammersmith Apollo which was a bonus. - Very welcoming and helpful. Great value. Near to tube. Nice surrounding area with nice bars and restaurants.   The location was excellent. Easily accessible by public transport on the bus and tube lines. The room I got was able to accommodate 8 persons. Breakfast was simple of bread and croissants. - Location Being able to relax with thanks to private bathroom, TV and comfortable bed.

  1-) location - near by padington train station, underground and all the busses. - so close to the Hyde park which we visited daily to have a fresh walk or a nice bike ride. - 2 minutes of nice restaurants and souvenir shops. 2-) Friendly staff - always helping with maps and ideas about busses, renting bikes, where to have dinner, offering Extra pi... vad folk säger » llows, soap, towels even having your luggages for the whole day after checking out until 6:30 pm. 3-) comfortable room - we had a quatro room for our - For the price (just over 100 GBP on Bookings.com) it can't be beat. A mere 2 blocks from Kennsington Gardens, quiet, clean. A lot of folks are giving it a bad review because the carpet is worn, the room temps aren't climate controlled and, yes, the bathrooms are micro-sized. But I like to sleep cheap, eat well and be in a good part of town. If you don't mind climbing stairs, this is a great place for those who don't want to spend a fortune on lodging in London! Just leave your high expectations

  The staff were very welcoming & the room was clean & very comfortable. I really liked the fact that there were proper ceramic cups to have tea or coffee with in the rooms, as so many hotels only provide paper ones & importantly for me, there were 8 little milk cartons, as opposed to the usual 1 per person. The biscuits to have, with yo... vad folk säger » ur beverage, was a lovely touch, also. The breakfast was lovely & was served very quickly, which really suited me,as I had to get a train. The sta - We liked that we could have a family room with five beds which saved us having to book 2 rooms in other hotels. The staff were accomodating and friendly. The breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We also liked that they looked after our luggage when we checked out so we could enjoy another day in London without having to take our suitcases with us. Overall excellent value for money, ideally situated for Paddington station, around the corner there is a tour bus stop,

  The staff was very nice. From the email I had sent before requesting a quiet room with the wifi (was in London for an exam) to the minute I arrived. Arran (I think that was his name) was so friendly and nice. The room was a double bed, it wa a small room. But I've stayed in a few London hotels and that's the normal. The bed was actually super com... vad folk säger » fortable and the pillows were lovely! I'm not sure we're they memory foam but they were very comfortable. The shower was lovely with loads of hot wate - The location is very strategic and highly accessible to anywhere, everywhere via the Underground Tube which is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also couple of restaurants between the tube and the hotel which we could catch a bite or have our meals while on the way back to the hotel. The hotel room is cosy and clean. Breakfast was good with a fairly reasonable spread of food. The staffs were great and makes me feel at ease, as if I was at home. Highly recommended :)
