Personalen är mycket service vänlig.Sista dagen åkte vi mycket tidigt från hotellet, personalen öppnade retaurangen och fixade frukost åt oss kl.3 på morgonen !!   Bra frukost - Rummet var mycket bra. Det var lagom varmt, det var jättebra städat och allt som behövdes fanns. Sängen var dessutom mycket skön! Det var tyst på natten och man kunde inte höra något från några andra rum vilket var mycket positivt. Det kändes bra och säkert!

  Arrived very early from a very long flight and allowed us to check in straight away. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Helpful staff and great location to shopping, dining and all the sights! Front desk arranged a driver to Gatwick airport at very short notice early in the morning, they went above and beyond to help us. Many nice restaurants and pub at 5 minutes walking. Also British Museum and University of London are at only 10 minutes walk. The room is small but very clean and efficient, with good free WIFI and a coffee machine. English breakfast (salty and sweet) is included. Good price with respect other hotel.

  Room was good size for London, small by other standards but good for London! Bathroom was very good size for london! Overall, the room was well decorated, clean and had tea/coffee facilities,TV and was warm. Our room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was even fairly big for London we thought. It is very close to 2 main tube stations - St. Pancras and Russell Square - both less than a five minute walk away. Staff was very helpful and there is an excellent little restaurant down the road: Burger and Shake.

  Staff, just incredibly welcoming and accommodating, stayed with a girlfriend as our flight was cancelled.   Personalen var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Och läget kunde inte vara mer perfekt då det ligger mitt i centrala London och man har nära till nästan allt.   The hotel is super clean, both rooms and shared bathrooms. It has a beautiful green terrace and nice breakfast. Very close to metro station and the center of London. Staff is very kind, they allowed us to leave our staff in the hotel before check-in and after check-out free of charge. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for just 1 nights stay without spending ridiculous amounts of money for somewhere in central London. British Museum, one of the best in the world, is only 5 min away. Personnel very kind: we needed a British electric plug. Instead of buying one, we could use one from the hotel during our 5 day stay.
