The staff went above and beyond to ensure my staywould be an enjoyable one and indeed it was! The location was perfectwith the underground and St.Pancras station within arm's reach. Great value!!! - The location is fantastic and the staff were very warm, friendly and efficient. The room was clean, spacious with a really comfortable bed. We loved the free internet and music library through the TV. The price we paid was as fantastic as the room, with a saving of over 1/2 the price. We weren't in the room much and wished we could have stayed more than the 1 night just to enjoy the room!

  Everything, especially dinner in the Mirrors Restaurant, which was fantastic! The location was excellent, literally 2 minutes walk from St Pancras Station, staff were great, room was great, very clean and comfortable. The panoramic view of the London skyline from our 12th floor room was stunning.   Staff, just incredibly welcoming and accommodating, stayed with a girlfriend as our flight was cancelled. We are both straight and hadn't realised this was a gay friendly venue, but that made our evening all the more interesting. The drag act was excellent haven't laughed that much in years.   Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. - Reasonable sized room; good quality furniture. Very good swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. with good changing facilities & showers.
