  We loved the friendly staff who could not do enough for us..my wife is disabled and the staff helped when we needed it..the cleaners were friendly and always said good morning we are friendly people anyway but it was very nice..it was cold and windy outside so the warmth was lovely..breakfast was excellent and the staff helpfull - Position great,... vad folk säger » staff and room brilliant we have stayed there previously and never had a bad experience. We had a family room this time room 71 which was larger than normal and quite a way from main reception so very quiet. Breakfast at the beefeater next door superb will be booking again in the future.

  We especially liked being greeted by the concierge. Booking in and out was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean with plenty tea and coffee in the room.   This was a small boutique hotel with only 14 rooms. The room was beautifully decorated and all our needs catered for, all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the Chef stayed late to ensure we had a meal on our late arrival.
