  The staff were very attentive, extremely helpful & polite. The offers of Afternoon tea, champagne and hot chocolate were much appreciated and a superb adjunct to our stay and enhanced our time at the Draycott immensely.   The apartment that I got is very nice. It was the apartment 1, on 55 Draycott Place, ground floor.There is a big siitting room, a bathroon, and another toilette. The bedroom is perfect.   Loved the patio on apartment 7. The kitchen was to a high standard, the beds were really comfortable. Our Grandson loved the TV. It was just down the road from Sloane Square which is a lovely, up market, area. All in all we were really pleased. - Great location, lovely furnishings, very cosy

We were in difficulties due to cancellation of our cruise and she gave us every assistance to reorganise our itinerary and gave us information on local transport and activities. Cereal, pastrys, fruit, juice, cheese, bread, milk, coffee, selection of teas, biscuits. Free wifi. There is a computer if you need to print something off. It is in the main office.   The entire staff were extremely helpful,pleasant and polite.Rooms are very comfortable.We only had breakfast in the hotel(continental) and this was more than adequate.Will certainly stay there again next time I go to London. - I liked the atmosphere in the hotel, more smartly casual than some of the older hotels
