  The design of the hotel was out of this world. Stunning. Beautiful. Airy. So homely. The staff were so friendly, ever so efficient, above and beyond. It was natural too, not false. They made me feel really welcome, and that mattered an awful lot, being a solo traveller. Everything about the hotel spelt "CLASS" The other guests were friendly too.   We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel.
