  trevlig personal, bra busservice från och till tunnelbanan, centralt läge - the hotel was first class and the staff were extremly helpful and friendly the free courtasy bus was a real bonus as was the ferry service from the hotel to canary wharf. this is a highly recomended hotel. - Can not fault this hotel.
