A bit hot late evening as due to the hotel's location the air-conditioning has to be switched off over night. We rang reception and asked for a fan and it was delivered to our room within 5 mins. The staff were all helpful and very friendly, and the decor and cleanliness of the room and the hotel was excellent.

  We were allowed to check in early which after travelling fo several hours was very convenient. The happy hour was a nice touch too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. - I liked everythng about the hotel, as reflected in the tick box above,but mainly the location as the purpose of my visit was a concert at theRoyal Albert Hall

  the staff were friendly. we got upgraded for free when we arrived which was a nice surprise. the room was clean and the king size bed was amazing. the breakfast was also very nice. good location. - Very friendly staff at front desk who upgraded our room when he heard it was our 1st wedding anniversary.

  I like the artsy, contemporary feel of the whole hotel - it feels like an understated and less visually disoriented W Hotel full of wonder, fun and craftiness. The bathroom was clean - typical Victorian style but with a modern touch. Staff, warm and cheerful.   The Hotel is in a very central location, close to the station, whish was very important for us as we did not hire a car. - I was in a brand new room, so it was very clean and in good condition. Location to underground station (Gloucester Road) is excellent.
