  The staff were plentiful and so accommodating. The girls at the front desk helped me with directions and theatre ideas and warm conversation. I never felt like I was traveling alone.   Me and my husband came for valentine day and had a wonderful time at the hotel.We really enjoyed the use of the pool and jacuzzi.The room was very comfortable even though we had a likage in the bathroom,the staff dealt with very professionally. - The staff were extreamly hospitable and friendly, I would definatly staythere again!

  This place is a gem - we stayed for two nights for a much-needed break and a spot of Christmas shopping. The location is ideal and incredibly quiet considering where it is. The hotel is in a beautiful building and our gallery suite was superb. The service was excellent and understated.
