  De var exakta och artiga, mycket hjälpsamma - The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They graciously upgraded our room at a very good price. The view over Kensingtown Garden was beautiful. We could even see the London Eye. The Garden rooms are well worth the extra money. Full English Breakfast, while pricey compared to others, was excellent but then this is 5* London so fair value.   I like the artsy, contemporary feel of the whole hotel - it feels like an understated and less visually disoriented W Hotel full of wonder, fun and craftiness. The bathroom was clean - typical Victorian style but with a modern touch. Staff, warm and cheerful.   The Hotel is in a very central location, close to the station, whish was very important for us as we did not hire a car. - I was in a brand new room, so it was very clean and in good condition. Location to underground station (Gloucester Road) is excellent.

  The Adria hotel is amazing. The decor was beautiful, the room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. Everything is immaculate. Free soft drinks in the mini bar. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. You get proper service in the Adria.   The design/decor of room and common areas, comfy bedding, great lounge area... would have loved to stayed longer. Plush bedding and pillows were perfect as was the overall decor. Room on 5th floor was also very bright and quiet. This is an intimate hotel, away from the madding crowds and located in a lovely neighborhood which doesn't seem overrun ... vad folk säger » by tourists even though it is short walk from the V&A and Hyde Park etc. - staffs are well trained and exellent service. specially concierge is very helpful and kind, also reception is sincere and friendly. Breakfast price is reasonable and if we would like to have full english breakfast, we can ask anything. Locaton is good for shopping, dinning, and close to V&A musium. Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting.

  Har bott på Copthorne Tara många gånger under många år och för att vara ett stort modernt hotell har det någon slags personlighet och trivsamhet som gör att det alltid är trevligt att komma tillbaka.   I liked everything the surface was very good ,the room is very comfortable and big the bathroom was very big and everything was super clean ,I definitely come back again. - Wow everything Spa really good great pool & jacuzzi personnel really helpful, not just for the show
