  bra frukost -över förväntan - Personalen var hjälpsam och vänlig. Läget på hotellet. Nära tunnelbana och andra transport medel. Att vårt rum var ett familjerum med 4 bäddar i, vilket inte var lätt att hitta i London. Frukosten var bättre än på andra hotell i samma prisklass i London. Bra städning. Tv på rummet var ett plus.

  The fantastic friendly and helpful staff, who greeted us each time we left and entered the hotel and seemed genuinely interested in what we had been doing and what we had planned. They provided us with helpful info about places to go and how to get there. The reception staff were amazing at suggesting things to do and places to eat in the area. Wifi access is very fast, considering the hotel was very busy when we stayed there. Continental breakfast is part of the price and it includes a wide choice of pastries, pancakes and a variety of breads. Very filling and hearty!   I loved the fact that we were placed right at a bus stop (although we didn't use it) and walking distance from two underground stations with 3 tube lines and the busses. The hotel is located in central London so travelling to see the sights was very easy. Allt smått och kompakt, men vi var inte i London för att spendera tid på hotellrummet. - Hotellet låg på en lugn gata i ett trevligt område inom gångavstånd från tunnelbanan och Hyde park. Rummet och badrummet var litet och ganska trångt men sängarna sköna. Personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig.

  Well, very friendly, concerned staff. You can see that they really want to please you. When I called them to say I couldn't arrive on time and asked for a late check-in I had been told "no problem". Another example is when I had to leave without getting the package I ordered on the Internet (it was delivered late after my check out) one of the man... vad folk säger » gers, Inese, wrote me an mail telling that they had got it and then sent it to my next hotel for me on the next day. Also I liked the location of this - breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.
