  The location of the hotel was convenient to where I had to be the next day for a conference. I loved the site - by the river with wonderful views (especially at night), The hotel building was lovely - very attractive/welcoming exterior, wonderful interior design - very different and homely at the same time. My room on the 7th floor was wonderful - beautifully and thoughtfully furnishe - Every hotel has it's own personality but share a common set of standards and values... all very high. I like the wine list... Manchester had a special wine list which I would have liked to see in Newcastle. Young but not 'trendy'. The staff seem happy to be there!

  Bar and reception is lovely and open! Rooms have ample room and clean bathrooms air con/ heating tea and coffee. Extra pillows already in the room beds were really comfy! We were there bank holiday weekend so it was a busy hotel which gave it more atmosphere for a young group of friends was good fun! Parking; you are able to park on the main road outside the hotel after 6:30pm there are 2 car parks for parking prior to this but we che - We booked our room on 26 March for 2 nights 10 / 11 April through letsbookhotel.com. Despite a misunderstanding between letsbookhotel.com and the hotel which we only discovered on the morning of 10 April, our booking was honored and confirmed prior to arrival. Our B&B package was great value for money and we had a lovely view over the Tyne into the bargain! We would gladly recommend this hotel & package to friends & family. Great service, good food & immaculate accommodation.

  This is our second trip staying at the Staybridge suites.The staff and the service they provide is truly excellent. They just cannot do enough in making sure your stay is enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for any staff member from receptionists to the cleaning staff to the staff providing breakfast. All are lovely people! Great stay once again, - Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite comes fully equipped and was extremely up to date. I can't imagine wanting for anything. We were even able to do our laundry for free. We had a view of all the beautiful bridges from our sixth floor suite. Also, great location, the quay is just two blocks away and very romantic to walk and dine there.

  All very good. Check-in was easy, staff were helpful. Room was clean, comy and good size. Staff in bar and restaurant were very pleasnt and helpful. Surroundings were pretty good too. We ate in the restaurant. The food was fresh, good portions and good value. Breakfast was excellent. Good hotel, great value for money. Very friendly and helpful reception desk in particularly the girl at the reception (unfortunately I can't remember her name) who was very helpful when we needed help on a couple of occasions. Excellent location right next to Tyne bridge. Everything you need shopping, dining, entertainment within walking distance! We enjoyed our stay there.

  Everything!! The rooms are furnished to a very high standard and the bar and lounge are very comfortable. All the staff are professional, attentive and friendly. We experienced some difficulties with our booking but the managers could not have done more to rectify the situation.   This is the third time I've had an overnight stay at this hotel in about 6 weeks. It is superb value for money. Very modern/contemporary design - clean and unfussy. Rooms are designed with the younger traveller in mind and are clever with space. I was most impressed by the service at this hotel - friendly, reliable, quick. Staff could not have been more helpful - this was proven furth - I use the Sleeperz hotels quite frequently and the service in the Newcastle Hotel is by far the best service I have ever seen, Hotel staff are superb and really made me feel welcome, even the security gaurd in the evening was very welcoming and friendly. I checkeed in earlier that expected with no additional charge, room was spotless and an excellent view over the centre. Excellent team working in this hotel. I look forward to my next stay in this hotel the first weekend in May.

  Very modern apartment, all facilities it was like being at home but in the best location in the centre of Newcastle.   We had travelled to Newcastle to visit some friends last minute and hotel selection was limited. I noticed Hotel Indigo had good ratings and reviews and decided to take a look, it looked amazing if not a little above my budget. Very nice t - Hotel was amazing from checking in to booking out. Interior design was 5* in our opinion. Modern contemporary and extremely comfortable. Bedrooms were fabulous, from decor to complimentary refreshments, bathrobes right down tho the Aveda products in the bathrooms. Cocktails are a definite must, as is food, especially breakfasts which we enjoyed in bed. Last but definitely not least ....
